Sign contracts and confirm any further deposits payable.
Submit finance application with your mortgage broker.
Monitor finance clause deadlines - extensions are rare.
Phase 3: To Settlement
Contracts become unconditional once finance approved - solicitor/broker to confirm.
Pay remaining deposits (land/build) as required.
