Property has been the focus of my career for more than 20 years, spanning both the Australian and UK markets.

As a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), my background combines institutional commercial property investment with residential investment advisory, giving me a broad perspective across strategy, pricing, acquisition and long-term portfolio decisions.

Throughout my career, I've advised on transactions ranging from private investor sales and acquisitions through to institutional commercial investments, always with the same objective: helping clients make informed decisions before committing capital.

Today, Childs Real Estate operates as an independent property advisory practice, providing strategy, property appraisal and acquisition advisory across residential and commercial property.

I work with a select number of private investors, business owners, family offices, funds and professional advisers, providing objective advice that is commercially grounded and aligned with each client's long-term goals.
