About Childs Real Estate

Property has been the focus of my career for more than 20 years, spanning the Australian and UK markets.

As a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), my background combines institutional commercial property investment, private client advisory and hands-on transaction experience, giving me a broad perspective across investment strategy, pricing, acquisitions and long-term property decisions.

Throughout my career, I've advised private investors, family offices, institutional funds, REITs, property businesses and professional advisers across a wide range of property transactions and investment decisions.

Today, Childs Real Estate is my independent property advisory and consulting platform, through which I work across selected investment, acquisition and strategic mandates, both directly and in collaboration with specialist property and investment businesses.

My role can range from assessing an individual opportunity or acquisition strategy through to providing an experienced sounding board on broader investment and property decisions. I also work collaboratively with other businesses where my property experience, relationships and transaction background can add value.

My people-first approach is straightforward: independent thinking, commercial judgement and practical advice, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering well-considered property outcomes.
