Childs Real Estate is a Brisbane-based property consultancy founded by Chris Childs, a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and licensed agent, with over 20 years’ experience across the Australian and UK property markets. Chris has worked on more than $15 billion (AUD) in property transactions across residential and commercial sectors.
Previously a Partner at a market-leading UK firm and Head of Investment Acquisitions at a Brisbane-based buyer’s agency, Chris has represented a wide range of clients - including private investors, developers, property companies, family offices, REITs, institutions, banks, and listed corporates.
