To maintain confidentiality and protect the integrity of introductions, we ask that partners read and agree to the following standard terms
Confidentiality
All project information supplied - including plans, pricing, brochures, agent or developer details, and commercial material - is confidential and provided for private review only.
Information must not be distributed publicly, uploaded online, or shared beyond your engaged and qualified buyers without consent.
The Partner may share project information privately with engaged and qualified buyers within their network, provided it is circulated on a confidential basis and not advertised, marketed or published publicly. If preferred Childs Real Estate can provide buyers with their own log-in credentials for direct access.
Childs Real Estate remains the central point of contact for all enquiries, access, negotiations and engagement with the sellers, developers or related parties. This ensures communication remains clear and relationships are respected.
Acknowledgement of communication
If a buyer introduced to an opportunity progresses with interest, both parties agree that communications will continue to be managed by Childs Real Estate unless agreed otherwise.
Both parties agree to engage professionally, respect existing relationships, and act in good faith to support a fair and efficient process for buyers, sellers and stakeholders.
