We share selected off-market and pre-release property opportunities with a small network of qualified buyers and advisers. To make sure everyone receives fair and genuine priority access - and to protect the confidentiality of developers and projects - we ask buyers to agree to a few simple terms before we open the full project information.
There’s no obligation to proceed with any opportunity. These standard terms simply ensure the process is transparent, professional and handled through the correct channels so you receive uninterrupted access to opportunities as soon as they become available via Childs Real Estate.
To gain access, please confirm that you understand and agree to the following terms:
1. Confidentiality
All information supplied to you - including pricing, plans, brochures, agent details, or developer contacts - is confidential and provided solely for your personal review. You agree not to forward, share or distribute this information to third parties without written consent.
2. Non-circumvention
For a period of 12 months, you agree not to contact, negotiate with, submit enquiries or offers to, or otherwise deal directly or indirectly with the developers, builders, sales agents or other parties associated with the opportunities introduced, except through Childs Real Estate.
3. Acknowledgement of introduction
You acknowledge that: Access to detailed information is provided only after accepting these terms; and Childs Real Estate remains the source of introduction for any opportunities shared, even if you later proceed through another party or already know the developer/agent in general terms.
4. Account
Once your account has been created you can update your profile, marketing preferences, and brief at any time to ensure we present opportunities aligned with your goals.
