All information supplied to you - including pricing, plans, brochures, agent details, or developer contacts - is confidential and provided solely for your personal review. You agree not to forward, share or distribute this information to third parties without written consent.

2. Process and non-circumvention

For any opportunity introduced by Childs Real Estate, all enquiries, negotiations, offers and communications with the developer, builder, sales agent or related parties must be conducted through Childs Real Estate. This process is a condition of access to pre-release and off-market opportunities.
